We originally decided to bring in moulded ear defenders as a cost-saving initiative in the brewery. After having demonstrated the saving over disposable alternatives and receiving positive feedback from our operators, we decided to roll this out site-wide.

The earplugs are a joy to wear, I even take them home for doing DIY around the house!
